How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your payment card on My Account under Payment cards. Just click Update in the bottom right corner, enter your new card, and save. Please note that you need to approve the change with a Mobile BankID.

If you have Brobizz A/S as your payment provider you need to update your card information under My Account on their website (brobizz.com/en).


For Business customers

If your payment card is used for several contracts with the same customer number, the card information is updated automatically on all contracts.

Please note that it may take up to 36 hours before the card information has been updated i all payment systems.
