Information about right of withdrawal
When you, as a private customer, purchase either an online ticket or a contract of the type ØresundGO or ØresundCOMMUTER, the right of withdrawal applies. Here you can read more about how the right of withdrawal works and how to proceed to cancel a purchase.
General information about the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal means that you as a private customer have the right to cancel your purchase of an online ticket, ØresundGO or ØresundCOMMUTER. The right of withdrawal generally means that the customer can cancel the purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used.
Continuous contracts, such as ØresundGO, can be cancelled after the 14 days have passed, even if the contract has been used. Special rules for refunds apply.
Right of withdrawal when purchasing an online ticket
You can withdraw your purchase of an online ticket within 14 days of the purchase date. To withdraw the purchase, please fill in the form. The following rules apply:
The request to withdraw the purchase must be made no later than 14 days from the date of purchase
The right of withdrawal only applies to unused tickets (if you have purchased a return ticket, both tickets must be unused)
Payment is made at the time of purchase
Refunds can only be made to the same card or account used at the time of purchase
It is not possible to register a receipt after the fact for an online ticket (for example, when signing up for ØresundGO)
Right of Withdrawal When Purchasing ØresundGO or ØresundCOMMUTER

After the Right of Withdrawal Has Expired
After the right of withdrawal has expired and the contract has been used, you can instead terminate the contract. Different refund rules apply depending on how much time has passed since the date of purchase.
If the contract has been used and between 14 days and 6 months have passed since the date of purchase:
A fee of SEK 175 will be charged upon refund
If the contract has been used and more than 6 months have passed since the date of purchase:
The refund is calculated proportionally according to the following formula: annual fee / 365 days x number of days remaining
If there are 30 days or fewer remaining of the contract period:
No automatic refund will be made
Contact Customer Service for a manual calculation of the refund according to the formula above
