Swedish border control

The Swedish Police will conduct border control on the Øresund Bridge in the direction of Sweden.

Worth considering

To avoid queues and unnecessary delays for you and other motorists on the road, you can do the following: 

  • Have your ID ready at the toll plaza.

  • The Swedish Police have announced that accompanying children may be allowed into Sweden upon, e.g. presentation of parents’ ID, questions, and background checks.

  • The Danish Police require that all travellers must be able to present valid ID.
