What do I do if I have paid too much for my trip across the Øresund Bridge?
If you've paid the wrong price for your trip over the Øresund bridge, we apologize for this.
In order for us to process a complete or partial refund we must be able to find your trip in our system and verify the error. To do this we need the following:
If you paid with a bizz:
The 16 digit serial number on your bizz along with your customer number
If you paid with license plate scanning:
The license plate number of your vehicle along with your customer number
If you paid with a payment card at the toll station:
The receipt number from your receipt
If you don't have your receipt:
The first six and the last four digits from your payment card (e.g. 1234 56XX XXXX 1234)
The license plate number of the vehicle used
We also need your banking information for the refund:
Your full name
The name of your bank
Nationality of bank
For Swedish banks:
Account number (kontonummer)
Clearing number
For Danish banks:
Registration number (reg. nummer)
Account number (kontonummer)
Foreign bank (neither Swedish nor Danish):
IBAN
BIC/SWIFT
