Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my online ticket?
It seems like your purchase wasn't processed correctly, and this might be why you didn't receive a confirmation email. Please try again to make sure the purchase goes through.
If you receive en error message after your purchase, no online ticket has been created and you can't pass through the toll station. If you believe you may have been charged for the ticket, we can assure you that the amount has only been reserved and will be release within a few days.
Another possibility is that you have entered an incorrect email address. If this is the case, the purchase has gone through and you can still pass through the toll station. No new confirmation email will be sent.
