How do I download receipts?

Ticket purchased at the toll station

If you have purchased a ticket at the toll station and paid by card, you can download the receipt via our self-service portal (myver.io).
To find your journey, you will need to provide:

  • The date of the journey

  • The vehicle's registration number

  • The payment amount

  • The last four digits of the card used for payment (e.g. ************1234)

Travel with a discount agreement

If you have a discount agreement, e.g. ØresundGO, you can download receipts from My account.

  1. Log in to My account.

  2. Under the Invoices & specifications tab, you can see an overview of your payments. Please note that you will only be able to view your specifications between the first and fifth of the following month.

How to download receipts for individual journeys:

  1. Log in to My account.

  2. Click on the Journeys & transactions tab. Here you can see details for each individual journey. On the far right, there is a button to download.

This is also where you can add receipts for journeys across Øresundsbron for which you have not received a discount through your discount agreement.
