Does the right of withdrawal apply when purchasing an online ticket and creating a contract?

The right of withdrawal means that you as a private customer have the right to cancel your purchase of an online ticket, ØresundGO or ØresundCOMMUTER. The right of withdrawal generally means that the customer can cancel the purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used.

Continuous contracts, such as ØresundGO, can be cancelled after the 14 days have passed, even if the contract has been used. Special rules for refunds apply.

Purchases of subscriptions such as ØresundGO and ØresundCOMMUTER can be canceled via My account. Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled even after 14 days have passed and the subscription has been used, but special refund rules apply.
