Register receipt
As a ØresundGO, ØresundCOMMUTER or ØresundBUSINESS customer, you can register your receipt and have your price adjusted in My Account.
Under “my trips”, click on "add receipt" and enter the receipt number. If you have several receipts, you can add them all at once up to a maximum of six per calendar year.
This should be done earliest 48 hours after and within 25 days of your trip across the bridge and your contract must be active.
Did you lose your receipt or forget to take it with you?
You can let us know the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card that you paid with, and we will help you find the receipt number. We can also use the license plate of the car that you drove with.
