How do I register a receipt?

Did you pay the regular price for your trip over the Øresund bridge? Add your receipt to your discount contract and pay the contract price instead! When you register your receipts from the pay station, you will be refunded the difference between the regular price and the contract price. 

Timeframe for registration 

- Receipts can be registered no earlier than 48 hours after the journey and no later than 25 days after the journey. 

Number of trips that can be registered 

- You can register up to two trips made before the contract was signed. After that, you can register a maximum of two trips per calendar year. 

Information about the receipt 

- The receipt must be for a trip across the Øresund bridge. Please note that this does not apply if you purchased an online ticket. 

- You can find the receipt number on the receipt you received with your purchase. 

Important conditions 

- The journey must be paid for by payment card. This does not apply to business customers who pay by invoice. 

- The same payment card that was used for the payment must be linked to your discount contract. This does not apply to business customers who pay by invoice. 

- The license plate number used for the journey must also be on your discount contract.
