Terms and conditions Online ticket, Weekend Ticket and Day Ticket

Online Ticket one way or return

1. Online Ticket

1.1 The online ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund

2.1 The Customer have 14 days of refund on the entire purchase if the ticket is unused.

2.2 The refund will be made to the same card that you used to purchase.

2.3 You are not entitled to re-register the receipt of the online ticket (if you wish to sign a BroPas agreement within 25 days).

3. Liability/responsibility

3.1 Crossings over the Øresund Bridge may be delayed or prevented due to, for example, a high volume of traffi c, accidents, extreme weather or other damage to, and/or maintenance work on, the Øresund Bridge.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for collecting and assessing up-to-date traffi c information in order to ensure that his or her ehicle is driven in an appropriate manner during a crossing. Øresundsbro Konsortiet is not liable for any loss incurred due to the manner in which the Customer or any other road-user drives his or her vehicle during a crossing.

3.3 The Customer undertakes to comply with traffi c restrictions imposed on the Øresund Bridge from time to time.

3.4 Øresundsbro Konsortiet is not liable for direct or indirect loss (such as loss of production or loss of income) incurred by the Customer due to a crossing which is delayed or prevented pursuant to this section 3.

4. Video recordings

Video recordings are made at the toll stations for the purposes of taking legal action against perpetrators for unauthorized crossings and for debt collection. CCTV surveillance is also used along the bridge for the purposes of obtaining information about the current volume of traffic and for dealing with accidents.

Weekend Ticket

1. Weekend – ticket return 

1.1 The Weekend ticket is a total round-trip ticket for a specific future weekend of the customer's choice. However, the date of use of the Weekend Ticket must be within the period specified in the promotion.  The ticket must be used by the same license plate number for both passages, and by a vehicle up to max. 6m. The ticket is a promotional product and is offered during special periods or to selected customer segments and cannot be combined with other offers or ØresundGO. The Øresund Bridge does not undertake to offer the product continuously. The Weekend ticket can only be purchased on oresundsbron.com. The customer gives an email address to Øresundsbron and such email address can also be used for marketing to the Customer and for targeting information, offers and campaigns. 

1.2 The return passing the ticket must be used within the period Thursday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59. If the return passing is made after Sunday at 23.59, this return passing of the Weekend Ticket will expire and the ordinary price will be charged in case of late arrival at the toll station.  

2. Right of withdrawal and refund 

2.1 The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal on the entire purchase, as long as any part of the ticket has not been used. Use the link in the confirmation email to cancel the purchase.  

2.2 The refund will be made to the same payment card used for the purchase.  

2.3 The customer is not entitled to post-register the ticket receipt (if you wish to create an ØresundGO agreement within 25 days). 

3. Liability 

3.1 On your trip across the Øresund Bridge, you may be delayed or completely prevented to pass due to, for example, high traffic congestion, traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or due to damage and other maintenance work on the Øresund Bridge.  

3.2 The Customer is responsible for monitoring and assessing the current traffic information in order to ensure that the vehicle is driven in a manner adapted to the conditions. Øresundsbro Konsortiet is not liable for damage related to the customer's or other road users' way of driving.  

3.3 The customer undertakes to comply with the mandatory traffic restrictions on the Øresund Bridge at any given time. 

3.4 The Øresundsbro Consortium is not liable for direct or indirect damage, such as loss of production or loss of income, caused by delays or obstacles to crossings, cf. point 3.  

4. Video recordings 

The toll station and the area of the Øresund Bridge are video-monitored to prevent unauthorised passing and to make it possible to collect payment. Video surveillance of the fixed link shall also be carried out to provide information on the traffic situation and to provide assistance in the event of an accident or accident. 

Day Ticket

1. Day ticket return

1.1 The day ticket is a total round-trip ticket for a specific future date of the customer's choice. However, the date of use of the Day Ticket must be within the period specified in the promotion.
