ØresundCOMMUTER – new terms, easier administration, same great benefits
You can use up to 5 cars on your ØresundCOMMUTER contract per year – this resets every year at the turn of the year. You register your cars/vehicles with your payment provider (ØresundPAY, Brobizz, etc.).
The first 3 cars you use each calendar month are activated when you pass through the toll station and are included in the commuter discount – meaning they count toward trips 1–16 at 182 DKK, 17–50 at 43 DKK, and 51+ at 182 DKK.
If you use car no. 4 and 5 within the same calendar month, you pay the contract price (182 DKK) for these, and they are not included in the commuter discount.
If you use more than 5 cars within a calendar year, they are not included in your discount contract, and additional cars are charged at the normal price.
Other information
You can use a bizz, but you do not need a bizz to cross the Øresund bridge – all you need to do is enter the license plate number under My account.
If you use a bizz in a vehicle not listed under My account, it counts as one of your three commuter vehicles for the month and one of the five possible per year. Planning to use the same vehicle again? Then you need to bring the bizz with you.
Already a customer? You do not need to do anything – the changes are applied automatically.
Prices – ØresundCOMMUTER discount
The first three vehicles you drive across the bridge with each month are automatically included in the commuter discount, as shown in the table below. In My Account, you can see which vehicles receive the commuter discount this month.
ØresundCommuter annual fee: 370 DKK. The prices are per single trip per calendar month in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Driving more than 3 cars in one month?
Car 4 and 5 per month: Contract price (182 DKK per trip)
Car 6+ per year: Normal price (470 DKK per trip)

Do I need to do anything?
No, you do not need to do anything; the changes happen automatically.
How many cars can I have?
You can use up to 5 cars on your agreement per year and 3 cars per month.
What happens if I drive a fourth car in a month?
We are glad you choose our ØresundCOMMUTER agreement, and as a loyal commuter customer you receive, in addition to the standard commuter discount, a discount on car no. 4 and 5 during the year. These cars travel at the agreement price but do not count toward the monthly commuter discount.
What happens if I drive more than 5 cars in a year?
If you drive more than 5 cars within a calendar year, these trips are charged at the normal price.
When do the new terms apply?
The new terms take effect on 1 February 2026.
Why does it matter which car I drive?
On the Øresund Bridge, you pay per car, not per person. As on other toll roads in Europe, the passage is registered and charged based on the vehicle crossing the bridge. Therefore, the car determines how the trip is billed.

Commuter lanes
With an ØresundCOMMUTER contract, you can use our dedicated commuter lanes for an even faster and more seamless journey through the toll station. The barriers in these lanes are always open - exclusively for drivers who commute across the Øresund bridge.
Just look for the red PENDLER Only sign shown in the picture to find them. We hope you’ll enjoy the added convenience! From November 1, 2025, there will always be at least one commuter lane open.
