What do I do if I have been charged too much on the Storebælt bridge?

If you have a valid discount contract and didn't receive your discount, please contact Storebælt's customer service.

If you didn't have a valid discount contract with the Storebælt bridge you can go to My Account and sign up for their discount contract under the tab Contracts. It's unfortunately not possible to receive the discount retroactively.
