How do I cancel my contract?

How to cancel your contract:

1. Log into My Account.

2. Payment providers and any discount contracts can be found under the tab Contracts.

3. Click on the little arrow to the right of the contract to see contract details and cancel the contract.

If you cancel the contract with your payment provider, you cancel all the license plate numbers/bizzes on your contract - and by extension also your discount contract with Øresundsbron.

If you want to keep license plate scanning and/or bizz it's sufficient to cancel your discount contract under My discount contracts.

Please note that cancelling your ØresundGO cancels it effective immediately and any remaining part of your annual fee will be reimbursed.
