Status of the bridge
Austausch von Dehnungsfugen – eingeschränkte Durchfahrt ab 31. August
Zwei der größten Dehnungsfugen der Øresundsbron werden gleichzeitig ausgetauscht – eine Lösung, die die Gesamtprojektdauer um ein ganzes Jahr verkürzt.
Die Arbeiten sind so geplant, dass der Straßenverkehr so wenig wie möglich beeinträchtigt wird, aber für etwa acht Wochen wird die Durchfahrt über die Brücke eingeschränkt sein. Es ist jeweils nur ein Fahrstreifen pro Richtung geöffnet.

Der Øresundsmotorvejen wird ausgebaut
Der Øresundsmotorvejen soll in den kommenden Jahren ausgebaut werden, um die Verkehrsführung zu verbessern, die heute häufig von erheblichen Staus und Überlastungen während der Stoßzeiten geprägt ist.
Sund & Bælt hat mit dem ersten Bauabschnitt begonnen, der einen Ausbau mit zusätzlichen Fahrspuren zwischen Ausfahrt 20, Kopenhagen C, und Ausfahrt 17, Lufthavn V, umfasst. Darüber hinaus soll eine parallele Rampe zwischen Ausfahrt 19, Ørestad, und Ausfahrt 20, Kopenhagen S, angelegt werden.
Hinweis: Die E20 ist für Schwertransporte mit einer Breite von mehr als 4,30 Metern in westlicher Richtung (von Schweden nach Kopenhagen) vom Montag, dem 24. August 2026, bis zum 27. November 2026 gesperrt. Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an ta-vej@sbf.dk.

Die Øresundsbron wird am 1. Oktober 2026 von 20:00 bis 23:15 Uhr für den Autobahnverkehr in beiden Richtungen gesperrt, da eine groß angelegte Notfallübung stattfindet. Der Øresundszugverkehr fährt wie gewohnt.
Die Übung ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der grenzüberschreitenden Notfallvorsorge auf der festen Verbindung.

Traffic on the Øresund Bridge
The Øresund Bridge is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, special situations may arise due to wind and weather, maintenance or accidents, where we work with the authorities to close the bridge to traffic.
On this page you can always see the traffic status, whether there is a queue at the toll station and if there are any special places on the connection where you need to pay extra attention due to roadworks etc. We will also inform you when there are any disruptions in train traffic over the connection.
Skånetrafiken is in charge of train operations and you should contact them in case of train cancellations, delays etc.
Border Control
The authorities carry out border controls towards Sweden and in rare cases towards Denmark. Here you must be able to show identification.
