Railway

Øresundsbro Konsortiet is responsible for the operation, maintenance and infrastructure management of the fixed link coast to coast between Denmark and Sweden.

The railroad is closely integrated into Danish and Swedish railway infrastructure and Øresundsbro Konsortiet has entered into contracts with Banedanmark in Denmark and Trafikverket in Sweden so that these entities run rail traffic management, capacity allocation, makes traffic agreements with railway operators and manages the railway in Denmark and Sweden respectively on behalf of Øresundsbro Konsortiet.
