How do I get the contract price if I have paid full price at the toll station?
As an ØresundGO and ØresundCOMMUTER customer, you can register your receipt and have your price adjusted on My Account here.
Under “my trips”, click on "add receipt" and enter the receipt number. If you have several receipts, you can add them all - up to maximum six per calendar year.
It can take up to 48 hours before your trip is booked and can be registered. The receipt must be registered within 25 days of your trip across the Øresund Bridge. Once you have registered a receipt, you will be charged the contract price for your trip and then be refunded the price you paid at the toll station. This is done by way of your payment provider.
Did you lose your receipt or forget to take it with you?
You can let us know the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card that you paid with, and we will help you find the receipt number. We can also use the license plate of the vehicle that you drove with.
