Processing of personal data

We follow the current rules according to the data protection legislation (GDPR) for the protection of your personal integrity when you apply for work on the Øresund Bridge.

Your personal data will be used within the Øresund Bridge by people working with recruitment. The personal data will be used for recruitment purposes and de-identified statistics. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Øresundsbron's legitimate interest in administering and documenting the recruitment process and in some cases consent. After the recruitment is completed, the data is archived to be used in the event of an appeal against the recruitment, for example under discrimination legislation. When the possibility of appeal no longer exists, the information will be deleted.


To assist in the recruitment process, we sometimes use an internet-based recruitment and selection portal hosted by third parties who have full copyright and rights to their products. Øresundsbron is the independent data controller for the personal data that is disclosed to Øresundsbron via 3rd parties.


The following personal data will be available to the Øresund Bridge: The data you fill in yourself on the website, your CV and cover letter and other information you provide to us such as grades and certificates.

In addition, we may record notes from interviews, conversations with reference persons and results from tests.

You have the right to receive information free of charge about which personal data is registered about you at Øresundsbron. Send your request to Øresundsbron's HR department via email address jgo@oresundsbron.com. If you believe that any information about you is incorrect or misleading, you should contact us immediately. You can also let us know if you want to limit the handling of your personal data in any way, object to the processing or delete them.
