Guidelines for our comments section

We want our comments section to be a safe place for fruitful dialogue between the Øresund Bridge Consortium and its customers. Therefore, the following applies:

⚠️ Up-to-date traffic information is always available in the traffic information page and in our Øresund Bridge app.

✅ Permitted & welcome
• We welcome respectful questions and discussions.
• We are very tolerant of shared experiences and opinions.
• We love feedback that can help us improve!

🚫 Not permitted
• Offensive, discriminatory or hateful comments
• Personal attacks or harassment.
• Anything that breaks the law.
• Spam, advertising, irrelevant links or sensitive information.

⚖️ Moderation & consequences
• Comments that violate the guidelines will be removed.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in you being removed and blocked from our channels. We reserve the right to assess each individual case.

💬 Our tone & response
• We respond respectfully, objectively and as soon as we can.
• We encourage open and respectful dialogue where different perspectives can meet.

• Our skilled customer service team answers questions about agreements, etc. Never hesitate to us if you have any questions!
